Ivory took Jessamine's hand. "Lets go, Miney. Apples is probably wondering what the heck happened to us." Dimitri slunk off into the bushes, Andromeda following. Mitheel started off towards his house, Lightning trotting behind.

L followed the children, going back toward his house.

"Light-kun, when will you tell him you're Kira?"

Light looked at Beyond, eyes level. "I am not Kira," he hissed, in case L was still in earshot.

Light's heart pounded. "But if I do that..." his voice faltered. "Besides, I'm not really Kira anymore. Mikami and Misa do most of the killings," he murmured.

Light curled his lip. "Yes. The one who was obsessed with me...but now it seems she's moved on and is giving affection to Mikami."

"I guess it's because I haven't not had the Death Note for long enough," he murmured. "I got rid of that stupid thing long ago, dumped it in someone's backyard."
