The Mysterious Notebook Of Murder~Chapter I

"Would you shut the damn hell up Liz? God, you're worse than Near! You're the girl version of him! Damnit!" Mello reached for his gun quickly, grasping the trigger.


Autumn rolled her eyes. "Yeah, sure. You just tell yourself that, Matt."

"He's a lot better than you at the moment. And you're a pipsqueak too! He's like....16 now and you're 12!" Mello shot the gun in the air. "God, I'm pissed off."

Autumn began laughing. "Wow....it's somewhat true. But it's not you that it would look 'sexy' in."

"What I mean is, he's small. I'm taller than him for God's sake, I'm 5' 2" and he's, what, 5'? And I'm still growing," Liz snapped. "And you forget the fact he still plays with toys and enjoys it...my three year old sister doesn't even play with toys anymore, she watches Animal Planet," Liz said, flipping her hair back.

"Oh really?" Matt said in a "so-you-think-so" tone. "Then who would it look 'sexy' in?"

"Me, of course!" Autumn giggled, trying to remove his goggles quickly.

Mello laughed. "True...."

[Quickly! Bring in Jonathan!]

"Yeah, yeah." Autumn sighed as she put the goggles on. "YOu know I'm sexier than you! "


Mello rolled his eyes and stalked off toward the forest.

[Blah. Templates are bothering me.]

"You keep telling yourself that," Matt huffed, trotting along beside her.

Liz began to pad off in the same direction Mello was heading in, starting to hum "Mississippi Squirrel Revival" by Ray Stevens.

Mello turned around quickly. "Don't follow."


Jonathan appeared suddenly. "Shit..." He coughed and shook the smoke away from his eyes.

Autumn giggled. "Shut up, Matt." she said flirtatiously.

Jonathan smiled greatly. "I missed you too, Liz."

"Nu-uh! Gosh. Can't a girl just talk you big meanie!"

"Where have you been?" she asked, sitting up (still sitting on him) and grasping his shoulders.

Matt laughed. "Me? Being mean? I can't see it."

"Trying to figure out where you went. It takes a long time."


Autumn giggled again. "You know I'm sexy in these, Mail."

Liz grinned. "I'm glad you found me!"

"Hey! Don't use my real name," Matt growled.

"Mail Jeevas, Matt Jeevas. What's the damn difference? Same length just different name."

"So am I." Jonathan smiled before leaning upward.

"There is a difference...a two letter difference," he grumbled, kicking at the ground with the toe of his shoe.

Liz got off of Jonathan so he could stand up.

"Deal with it Matt." Autumn eventually noticed Mello was gone. "Where'd Mello go?" Her voice was filled with anguish.

"Thanks," Jon smirked slightly as he stood up. "Ran into any trouble yet?"

Matt looked around. "I dunno..." he murmured, sighing angrily. Nice time to run off Mello...

Liz scratched the back of her head. "Well right now we're trying to find two serial killers...they sort of found us first though...."

"Serial killers eh? Interesting." Both Autumn and Jon said simutaniously.

[[Sorry, but I'll be like leaving in about 20 minutes to shower.]]

[That's okay. Do you shower quick?] "Yeah...fun." Liz sighed and fell back onto her back, Oliver taking his place beside her.

[[Wash my hair+shave+dry hair? Nope.]]

"Lemme guess, Beyond Birthday? Who was the other?"

[Okay then. I can wait though.] "Some girl named B..." she murmured.

"Interesting. Weird. But interesting...."Autumn sighed, hoping Mello would come back soon. "We need to split up. Two of us will go find Mello, the other two or one will head down the mountain to the bus station.

"I volunteer to find Mello!" Liz and Matt cried out simultaneously...and then Liz clung to Matt. "Well then, I guess we'll go find Mello now m'kay bye bye..."
