The Mysterious Notebook Of Murder~Chapter I

"Heyy..." Jon spat out cat hair and tried shooing him. "Not cool, I tripped earlier into some dirt."

Autumn rushed through the various brands, covering half of her face already with her hair. She found the brand she needed and ran to the front counter, paid, and took some quickly.

"Damn, Autumn."

Oliver let out a rusty purr and headbutted him lightly.

Matt quickly found a favorite brand of cigarettes, and he also got some food (no description yay!), paid for it, and then went up to Mello, holding the bag of stuff in one hand and cradling his dog in his arm. "Help?"

"Sure..." Mello took the bag. "Damn, how much shit did you buy?!"

"Enough shit to keep us alive." Matt answered.

"That's wayyy too much shit." Mello spotted the chocolate, grabbed it, and stuffed it in his pockets. Not only was chocolate in his pocket, but a pregnancy test. Just in case anything came up.....

Matt laughed, and then took a cigarette out of his pocket, going outside to light it. He felt pretty proud of himself, lighting a cigarette with only one hand.

Wow, one hand. Mello stole a cigarette from his box and lite it also. He hadn't had one since the three arrived.

Matt took a long inhale of smoke, and then exhaled, watching as a large cloud of smoke rose up over his head. He gently petted Shasta as she slept peacefully in his arm.

Mello huffed as he finished the cigarette in 1 minute flat.

"That was fast," Matt remarked as Mello finished his. At that time, Matt wasn't even halfway done with his. He enjoyed smoking them slow and letting them last for a while.

"It's cuz that crazy ass Autumn stressed m-" Autumn threw the bottle of aspirin at Mello's head. "Wtf?!" "Don't be rude, Mello." She picked up the aspirin.

Matt rolled his eyes. "I think she stresses everyone out, don't you think so?"

"Hell yeah." Mello sighed, then walked off with Autumn's bottle of aspirin.

Matt trailed behind him, trying to be a little quieter to make sure he didn't wake Shasta up. It was good that the puppy that had boundless energy was asleep.

[[Hey, I ish leavin now.]]

Mello chocked the aspirin back over to Autumn's hands, who caught it.

[D: Nuuu.]

Matt kept on walking, sighing, while he thought deeply over things in his mind.

Lol, I wonder if he's curious about me....naked.... Mello thought.

Matt looked over at Mello. "So...any idea where we're staying for the night?"

"Hm? Oh, no, I don't." Mello replied, turning his head slightly to Matt. "We're probably staying wherever Liz wants us to." Magically, Mello saw Liz with Jon, she was asleep. Jon was just grinning, probably enjoying it.

"Aww, look at that. Two star crossed lovers, sleeping together under a tree. How cute. Should I wake her up?" Matt asked, and then noticed the sleeping tiger laying on Liz's lap. "Nevermind..."

"Uh yeah.....nevermind." "Mello, 3 minutes till your time is up." Autumn clicked on her watch.

"What are you gonna do if he doesn't? Kidnap him or something?" Matt asked.

"I was thinking more of tie him to a tree and shoot him to his death." Autumn put her finger along the outer border of her mouth, her gaze turned up to the sky.

"That doesn't sound like a good idea to me..." Matt murmured.

"Awww, affectionite. It's disguisting." Autumn giggled as Mello plopped on the ground.
