The Mysterious Notebook Of Murder~Chapter I

"Something relating to BB and B...." he muttered.

"What is it? Maybe I could help?"

"I'm just looking for evidence is all."

"MELLO! MATT! GET YOUR ASSES OUT HERE SO WE CAN LEAVE!" Autumn flinched when she screamed sometimes.

Matt turned his head to face the direction in which Autumn's scream was coming from. He sighed. "I guess we'd better go..." he murmured.

Mello sighed, his tall, muscular body getting up from behind the desk and walking out the door. "You guys still have 11 hours to go. Your hour passed by." Auumn said.

"11 hours is a long time, no need to be counting down," Matt muttered under his breath, picking up Shasta who had run enthusiastically to meet him.

"No, it's a very short amount of time." Jon started arguing with Matt. "That reminds me, we haven't eaten in two days."

"I ate yesterday," Liz purred. "But Olives is getting hungry...and I only have two jars of his food left." Taking the large pack that had been resting in a saddle-like bag on Oliver's back, she opened it, revealing two enormous jars of her own special cooked recipe for him. "And I should probably feed him now."

"Please do, I don't think anyone here wants to get eaten."

"Agreed." Mello, Jon and Autumn said in unison.

Liz took out Oliver's food bowl and poured the mix into it. She held it up over Oliver's head, waiting for the cat to calm down before she gave the food to him. Once he sat and was calm, Liz gave the bowl to him, and watched as the food disappeared down the cat's throat.

Mello watched as the cat ate the food. Holy shit.... His mind wandered randomly again.

Liz petted Oliver, then as soon as he finished, she slid the bowl back into the pack and scratched the cats ears. "Anyway, are we going to get moving?"

"Yeah...." Autumn said. "Mello and I will go to Walgreens, Jon will stay with you two, 'kay?" "What?! Hell no." Mello refused. "Do you want chocolate or not?" "I'm cumin."

"Okay then." Liz sighed and leaned against a tree, petting Oliver.

Matt was still holding Shasta. "Hey wait you guys, could I come too? I need to buy Shasta a collar."

"Sure, Jon can stay with Liz now." Autumn replied. She didn't wanna leave her friend alone...

Liz's foot twitched. "Me and Jay alone heh...okay." she grinned.

The thought of Matt coming with them pissed Mello off slightly. Autumn didn't pay attention to Mello's pissed off look, but Jon sat next to a tree.

Liz sat next to Jay, Oliver stretching out in front of them, his huge head resting on Liz's lap.

Matt kept behind them the whole time, partially because he had set Shasta down and she couldn't take very large steps, but partially because he wanted time to think.

Autumn randomly jumped on Mello again. "Get...offa...mee..." He groaned as he collapsed under the pressure. "God you're annoying."

Matt looked down at them. "It looks like Mello picked up a stalker."

"Shut up..." he wheezed, Autumn pushing his head into the ground. "Wtf?!?!" Came from his mouth, but sounded like 'Biunbe?!?!'

"Are you trying to like, suffocate him or something?" Matt asked curiously.

"Nah, it's just fun." Mello turned upward, throwing Autumn to the ground. "Can you stop torturing me and start torturing Matt?!" "Sure!" Autumn jumped onto Matt's back.

"Ah! Leggo of me!" Shasta sat on the sidelines to watch as Matt desperately tried to shake Autumn from his back.

"Not till I get my damned meds!"
