Death Note- Another Note Chapter 2

"As have I, Firestar." Autumn smiled at Firestar.

Firestar motioned with his tail. "Come with me. I must speak to you privately."

Autumn walked forward, following Firestar. "What's this about?"

Firestar led them to his den and he sat down slowly. "It's about Kevin. It seems as though he's taken a few of the Clan cats...using mind control." "Mind control, peh," Liz snorted.

"Shut up, Liz." Autumn growled. "This is serious Liz."

"Its just...why would he use such a petty power? It can be easily overriden and expelled from someone's body. What's he trying to do, start another army? Didn't we kick his army's ass in Ohu?"

"He might be hunting one of us down. It can't be possible, though. Unless it's revenge..."

Liz bristled. There's no way he could know that I have kids with Jonathan...unless...he's been tracking us this whole time.

"Liz..? I think we should go back to our realm."

Liz nodded. "Yeah. We really should. What if he's already there?" she shivered, not wanting harm to befall her friends there.

"He's a stalker and that's final." Autumn abruptly left the small haven, trotting back to where her friends were.

Liz followed her, looking around. Darkpaw mewled and ran to her side again.
"Eagleflight, Eagleflight! Are you going to stay?" she asked excitedly. Liz shook her head.
"I'm sorry, Darkie. I have to go. My family's in trouble," she murmured, licking the cat's black ears.

"LIZ! NOW!" Autumn's soft voice echoed through the darkened forest. "Mello, you're fine." Mello was sitting next to a tree, having the most unusual meltdown.

Matt sat beside his lover worriedly. "Mello, what's wrong?" he asked softly. Mitheel was high up in the tree, enjoying the view from so high up. Mellenda was chasing a bright yellow beetle around a bush. Liz jumped over to them. "Something wrong?" she asked, picking up a twig in her teeth and making a large circle with it.

Mello pawed Matt in the face. "I felt like punching someone. I feel better." He mewed, then stood up after a few seconds. Miranda rolled her eyes, keeping her distance from Bai and Mitheel now.

Matt shook his face and sneezed. "Well, that's nice for you."
"Circle time everyone!" Liz called, sitting in the middle of the circle. Her kits flocked to her, looking around. Even though they were very much like her, they had inherited their father's timidness.

Jon, Autumn, Bai and Miranda trotted into circle form. "I hate circle traveling." Miranda whined, padding away from Bai and near Liz. Jon stood firmly next to Liz while Autumn stood next to....an invisible thing, I guess?

Mellenda stopped chasing her beetle and ran to the circle, Matt following. Shasta broke off from Jayfeather and trotted over. Mitheel slunk over to the rest of them, tail slowly twitching. [If I forgot anyone, they're in there too xD] Using the same "ritual" as before, they soon found themselves spinning through time and space, until Liz fell into a familiar driveway.
"Ah! Home sweet home!" she looked noticeably different--as though she were 12 again. And she was.
Liz was 12 again.

"Oh, Mother of-" Bai suddenly stopped, on the ground. She realized that if Liz were 12....Bai nor Mitheel nor anyone under her age were alive. Her eyes slowly wandered over to Mitheel, then to the twins. Miranda looked around, shaking her head as if it were a mystery. Jon stood next to Liz. He, too, was 12.

"Its okay, you guys," Liz told them, running her fingers though Rosibell's hair. "You guys still exist. Me and Autumn and Jay are just...younger." She smiled. "It's one of the quirks of demention travel."
Matt blinked slowly. "Nice quirk."

Mello LOLed at Matt's remark.

"Well, come on guys. Let's go in." Liz opened the door, and squeaked as a red brindle and white pit bull jumped into her arms.
"Gah! Hey Thomas," she laughed as he licked her face. "I missed you too. I wasn't gone for too long though," she laughed.
"...You were gone for like 12 years," Matt told her, blinking slowly.

Mello looked around. "You got any chocoate?"

"Yes, check in the pantry." Liz cuddled the dog before putting him down. She looked around. "HEY, ANYONE HOME?" she yelled at the top of her lungs, causing most everyone in the room to flinch.
"Huh. They must be out shopping."

"The hell, woman?!" Bai remarked, Mello digging into the Twix bars. "I'm gonna steal these."
