I already have a reason in my fanfictions on how males are able to get pregnant;
"While the male infant is growing inside of the womb, a special disease attacks the genes responsible for the growth of sexual reproduction organs, and alter them, allowing the male to become able to carry a child. The male becomes fertile at around 13-15 years of age, but the deposition of eggs into the male's "uterus" only happens during a period where the male is sexually excited. When that happens, he'll do anything to mate with someone--basically like when a cat goes into heat. A male's pregnancy goes along the same as a female's. Now, your question may be "Where does it come out?" my answer? Use your imagination."
